Reindeer & Husky Summer Experience

<p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Your guide will drive you in a very small group (never more than 8 people) to one of the <strong>most traditional reindeer farms</strong> in Lapland. The family of reindeer herders are based just outside of Rovaniemi on the lovely shores of a peaceful lake. From our perspective, they provide the best experience possible when it comes to both knowledge and service.</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">As you will be taken into the surroundings, you will learn about the reindeer from the herders. They will show you around the traditional farm and, because it is the first visit of the day, you will be given a chance to <strong>feed them their favourite food</strong>, lichen, which to reindeer is like chocolate! The visit will end with a very friendly time <strong>around the fire</strong> in the company of a herder who will answer all your questions and share their passion with you.</p><h5 style="font-size:20px;line-height:1.6;color:#34404e;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Meet the most iconic animals of Arctic region</h5><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">After this great time with the reindeer, your guide will take you to the husky kennel to meet the excited dogs. <strong>The mushers</strong> will greet you at their farm, and so will the barking of <strong>their lovely huskies.</strong> The mushers will take time to share their<strong> lifestyle</strong>, explain you what the job of a musher consists of, how they train their dogs and answer all your questions.</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">You will spend time with the dogs and cuddle them. Summer is also the period when they have <strong>their puppies</strong>! All the dogs are very photo enthusiasts, so do not forget to bring your camera with you! At the end of this combination activity, you will get back to Rovaniemi with a great insight into two very iconic Arctic animals!</p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;text-align:justify;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">As these are both partner tours we cannot guarantee the number of people joining you at the reindeer farm and husky kennel.
