How do I book?   

Simply follow the steps.  Our booking process is very simple and your booking is complete in just a few clicks.  We use fully encrypted (most recent technology) systems which means all data communication is secure.  Find a day trip that suits your interests and click on it, select the date and number of participants, choosing the right category, and click “Add to Cart”.  If you have completed exploring your activities, click “Go to Checkout” and follow the payment steps.

How do I amend or cancel my booking?

Simple click here. You will be asked to type your Ticket Number and your Last Name. Once you login you will be able to change dates, starting time and pickup point. In case you need to amend other parts of your booking, feel free to mail us or chat with us!

Is my booking instantly confirmed?

Yes, your booking will be booked and fully confirmed for the activity of your choice.  Just make sure you have received your confirmation email inclusive of your ticket and invoice.

I have just booked; however, the confirmation email has not reached me!

This would be rare, please check your spam folder, it should be there.  If not, please check the email address you provided during the booking process is correct, if not, please mail: support@daytrip4u.com, quoting your product number, your full name and correct email address, and our team will forward you the Invoice and Ticket.

What if I need to amend or cancel?

No worries! DayTrip4U has by far the friendliest terms in the market! Click here and proceed into any booking modification online & easy.  

I have used my card completing the booking, have I fully paid? Are there any hidden charges?

Your booking is fully paid, and there are no other charges to be paid.
Even if you book months in advance, DayTrip4U guarantees they will deliver the service you have booked, regardless of any price increases there may be.
Please check if there are any minor fees that, by law, will be covered by you while visiting (e.g.: museum entrances, guide tips etc).

How can we make sure that we are fit for the activity?  Are there different times, as the ones displayed are not convenient?

Are there any offers? Any discounted day trips?

If you find any activities cheaper, let us know and we refund double the difference.

What if my day trip did not meet my expectations?

This is unusual for the day trips we offer, however, should this happen, please mail us: support@daytrip4u.com, explaining why it did not meet your expectations, and one of our team leaders will liaise with the agent, with your feedback, and respond to you within 48 hrs.

How do I open an account so I can book for my clients?

It’s easy, go to the bottom right corner, click on Resellers, then click Sign up as an agent, fulfil the required fields to have full access to our services. For your info, we can provide various forms of accounts (API, B2B Account, Widget etc).

Do you require any guarantees or deposits so our agency can book?

No need for any guarantees, deposits or complicated agreements, you can have an account on invoice or credit card account (payment due at time of booking).
