How do I book an activity?

Simply search for your destination, choose an activity, select your date and number of participants, and complete the checkout. You will receive instant confirmation by email.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Most activities offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Check the specific cancellation policy on the activity page. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email or visit the Manage Booking page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are securely processed.

Do I need to print my voucher?

No, a mobile voucher is accepted for all activities. Simply show the confirmation email or QR code on your phone at the meeting point.

Are prices shown per person?

Yes, prices displayed on the site are per person unless stated otherwise (e.g., private tours may show a total group price).

What happens if it rains?

Weather policies vary by activity. Outdoor tours typically proceed in light rain. If the operator cancels due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
