1. About DayTrip4U

DayTrip4U operates as an online marketplace connecting travellers with local tour operators and activity providers ("Suppliers"). We act as an intermediary — the contract for the activity is between you and the Supplier.

2. Booking & Payments

When you complete a booking on DayTrip4U, you agree to pay the listed price in full. All prices are shown in the selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher and booking details.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms are set by each Supplier and displayed on the activity page before checkout. Most activities offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Liability

DayTrip4U acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for the performance, safety, or quality of activities provided by Suppliers. Each Supplier is independently responsible for compliance with local regulations and insurance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on daytrip4u.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of DayTrip4U or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate booking information, behave respectfully during activities, and comply with Supplier-specific rules and local laws at the destination.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations and the laws of Greece.
