Family Safari in Rovaniemi

All family members will enjoy the thrill of drifting through the glittering snow, maneuvering the forest trails, and simply embracing the scenery! 

In order to provide comfort and an elevated level of safety, the activity would be organized in the following way: we meet in our safari office where you receive all of the necessary thermal and safety gear, then the first departure will take place. In this departure, adults will be sharing one adult-size snowmobile and children will be comfortably seated in a sled, pulled by your guide's snowmobile. Your guide will lead you through the forest trails and frozen bogs towards a private area, on top of a small hill. There it will be the child's time to try their hand at snowmobiling.  

Children will have the chance to drive their own child-size snowmobiles, within the boundaries of the private area for 20 minutes. While the children will be enjoying themselves, parents will be able to document these once-in-a-lifetime moments by taking photos and videos of their smiling faces as they drive by. After such excitement, it is always a good idea to warm up by the open fire in our private hut. Once warm and rested, your family will be guided back to the starting point of the activity by driving adult-size snowmobiles and having the children enjoy the scenery from the comforts of the sledge. The activity will conclude with arriving back to the departure point.
