About this activity

A curated 3-day private tour combining Santiago's cultural landmarks with a full-day wine immersion in the nearby Casablanca Valley. You'll explore the Chilean capital's historic plazas, bohemian neighbourhoods and modern skyline, then spend a day tasting world-class wines at three acclaimed wineries with optional lunch on-site.

We will start the service with the pick up from the Arturo Merino Benitez airport to go to the hotel in the city of Santiago. During the afternoon around 15.00pm we will start a private city tour where we will see the Palacio de Moneda, the Mercado Central, the Plaza de Armas, the Cerro San Cristobal, the Barrio Lastarria and Barrio Bellavista a place with good restaurants and nightlife ending with the financial district. Duration 3 hours

On the second day we will go to Casa Blanca Valley where we will spend the whole day tasting wines. We will go to Emiliana Vineyard, Casa Bodega RE and Casa del Bosque, you will have the option to have lunch at the winery and then head to Santiago. Duration 8 hours

The third day we will do the transfer from the hotel to the Arturo Merino Benitez airport.

Insider tips

  • Book the winery lunch on day two to pair wines with local cuisine and maximise your time in the valley—many travellers skip this and regret missing the full experience.
  • Cerro San Cristóbal offers the best sunset views of Santiago; the afternoon timing on day one means you can stay longer if the light is perfect.
  • Bellavista and Lastarria have excellent independent restaurants and galleries; ask your guide for evening recommendations rather than relying on hotel suggestions.

Good to know

  • Airport pickup and dropoff at Arturo Merino Benítez are included; confirm your flight times 48 hours in advance.
  • Day one city tour lasts approximately 3 hours; day two wine tour is approximately 8 hours with drive time.
  • Comfortable walking shoes essential for the city tour and winery visits; bring sunscreen and a hat for Casablanca Valley.
