About this activity

A curated 7-hour gastronomic journey through Santiago's food culture, blending historic markets, bohemian wine bars, and contemporary indigenous-inspired cuisine. You'll taste Chile's culinary identity—from street snacks and national cocktails to Mapuche-rooted dishes—guided through the city's most authentic eating neighbourhoods.

We will start our service at 10.00am at the hotel with destination to the Central Market, we will explore the aromas and flavors of Chile, we will start drinking popular national drink called Terremoto and with snack empanadas -meat pie--.

Then we will go to Bella Vista neighborhood to get to a famous bar called El Polvo, here you can enjoy some good Chilean wines accompanied by sopaipillas, pebre and hot sauce, a bohemian place in the city of Santiago that invites to conversation and meetings.

Finally we will go to the Peumayen restaurant for lunch, a place that represents our land with Mapuche roots the indigenous meal is so delicious. It is located in the modern part of the city and later we will be back to the respective hotel or lodging.
