Traditional Connemara cookery demonstrations are a fun, educational and entertaining way to spend a half or full day, while gaining valuable and practical knowledge and learning about the traditional ways of cooking delicious Connemara food. And the bonus is that you get to taste it all too! 

Make your choice between seafood or meat, and then get ready to indulge your inner foodie. Choices include lobster, scallops, crabs, salmon, trout, and other seafood options or traditional Irish meats - Connemara lamb and pork. Breads, scones and desserts also available. The classes are designed to show you how to prepare simple, interesting and stylish food from Connemara.
In each demo you will learn to cook great dishes, and enjoy tasting the food prepared in a relaxed, informal, and fun atmosphere. You will go home ready to wow your friends and family with a variety of great dishes from the west of Ireland.
