Thessaloniki Ottoman Era Private Walking Tour
Starting from the Pashas's Gardens one of the most famous and strange monument of city, we yearn to connect all places,...

Thessaloniki is considered the food capital of Greece.

Visit the best beaches of Sithonia Halkidiki including Ai Giannis, Kalogria, Lagomandra, explore the Fortress walls of Toroni, discover the charming small harbors of Porto Koufo and Ormos Panagias, as well as swim at the awarded Blue Flag beaches of Kalamitsi and Kavourotrypes and visit the lovely villages Sykia and Sarti.

Porto Koufo beach is located in an almost enclosed bay that makes one of the largest natural harbors in Greece. From the beach, you get the impression that you are on a large mountain lake and not at all on the sea. The beach is a narrow ribbon of sand that lines the edge of the bay from the harbor all the way to the southern end. The village of Porto Koufo is a fishing village and fishing is one of its popular pastimes. The beach is organized in places by some hotels and apartments with their beachfront properties, but otherwise, most of the beach has no organization

Kavourotrypes, known also as Portokali (Orange beach) is located between Armenistis and Platanitsi beaches in Sithonia. Undoubtedly, it is the real paradise on earth; it is a golden sandy beach with crystal-clear, emerald, and shallow waters with a great view of Mt. Athos surrounded by pine trees and white rocks. It is partly organized and not easily accessible, though it always gets overcrowded. Kavourotrypes forms a lace-like coastline of small secluded beaches with crystal clear waters, white coves, and dense pine trees that spread all the way down to the shore.

Kalamitsi beach is considered a medium-sized beach and is located on the southern tip of Sithonia. Situated in a beautiful bay, the water is quite sheltered and calm. The bay has a direct opening to the sea, which allows for remarkably clear water. The beach is well organized with some great restaurants, trendy beach bars, and lots of sports opportunities such as paddleboat or canoe rentals and scuba diving.
