This activity is always done in natural conditions and in the water.

In open water season we focus on the rescue at sea, relaxation and also survival techniques.

In ice conditions we focus on ice behavior, its effects and relaxation.

Relax, or jump around on floating ice rafts during the winter! You can come as you are in normal seasonal clothing to a on-shore location agreed. We provide you with everyhting you need for the float.
