our driver Omar was brilliant and cold water and phone chargers in the car was the highlight. Last day of the trip so it wasnt too busy. Miles ahead of a similar transfer we tried in hanoi, and ideal with kids (ours are 6 and 9), and clean car, free water. Would book again no question.
