Start your tour at the Akhtala Monastery, a church from the 12th century that contains beautiful frescoes and is surrounded by copper smelting caves and a copper smelting factory.

Is okay only. the warm baklava at the last stop was nice but feel rush, and Sofia the host hard to hear sometimes. The food tour in Cape Town was more better.
