About this activity

Combine the raw beauty of Ireland's Wicklow Mountains with Dublin's vibrant city centre on this 10-hour shore excursion. Visit the atmospheric early medieval monastic site at Glendalough—famous for its 6th-century round tower and lakeside setting—then return for a guided tour of Dublin's key landmarks and free time in Temple Bar, O'Connell Street, and Grafton Street.

We will pick you up at the harbour and go straight to the Valley of two lakes where you will experience the most beautiful area in all of Ireland. Renowned for an early Medieval monastic settlement founded in the 6th century there sure is a lot to see in the Wicklow mountains.

From St.Kevin’s bed to the Chapel and the magnificent round tower located on the grounds, you will be truly amazed.

Take a walk to the two lakes and marvel at the forest where the Vikings got the timber from to build the second longest longboat ever recorded.

Spend about two and a half hours here before we head back to Dublin where we will take you on a panoramic City tour of Dublin.

If time allows we will give you a few hours to explore Temple bar, O'Connell street and Grafton street. Get a bit of shopping done or have a pint of the black stuff before we take you back to your ship.
