Cooking Workshop with an Exceptional Chef in Avignon

<p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Cooking classes start at 09:00 am with an appointment at the Cuisine Centr&#39;Halles located inside the market Les Halles d&#39;Avignon. We start with a visit of the Market to talk about local products, taste and especially create our menu together. We will choose our ingredients and create our menu, then return to the kitchen for our class and prepare our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The entire event ends at 1:30 pm.<br /><br />The cooking demonstrations are a fun and light alternative to the cooking classes. They start at 09:00 am (with a duration of 2 hours) with a meeting inside the market at Cuisine Centr&#39;Halles. We start with a market tour and tastings at some of my favourite suppliers. We then return to the kitchen to prepare my tapenade recipes and some other daily preparations.</p>
