About this activity

Explore a family-run Bardolino vineyard on a guided 90-minute journey through organic vineyards, production cellars, and barrel rooms, culminating in a curated tasting of four regional wines paired with local cheeses. This intimate experience reveals the sustainable winemaking practices behind some of Lake Garda's most distinctive DOC and IGT labels.

It starts with a walk through our vineyards, telling you about the 11 grape varieties that we grow with organic and sustainable practices. The visit continues to the cellar, where we will then visit the cellar gravity flow method. Finally, we will find out where we aged our wines in the barrel room.At the end of the tour, we will have a guided tasting of 4 of our wines (indicatively 2 DOC wines, 1 IGT white wine, 1 IGT red wine) paired with a fresh and cured Monte Veronese cheese, local Soppres.
