Whale Watching & FlyOver Iceland COMBO tour

Start the day by joining us at the Old Harbour in Reykjavík where you will exchange your voucher for a boarding ticket. Enjoy 3 hrs. at sea with our expert crew and specially trained naturalists in search for the whales and wildlife of Reykjavík. The city view and landscape of the bay is also not to be missed and adds that something special to the experience. On board you will all the facilities you would expect such as heated indoor saloon with large viewing windows, several WC's, sightseeing platforms and a cloak room where you can borrow our blankets and overalls for the duration of the tour. Our excellent naturalists will give a commentary throughout and explain the sights and encounters as we go. The most common species seen on our tours are minke whales, humpbacks, porpoises and white-beaked dolphins.

After the whale watching, you have about a 30 min. to walk over to Grandi Harbour district where FlyOver Iceland experience takes place. This all season attraction takes you on a breathtaking journey across Iceland. Soar over land, sea and ice. Move with the arctic winds. The ride utilises state-of-the-art technology to give the guest the feeling of flight. Guests will hang suspended, feet dangling, before a 20-metre spherical screen while our film whisks you away on an exhilarating journey across Iceland. Special effects, including wind, mist and scents, combine with the ride’s motion to create an unforgettable experience. Before your flight begins, you’ll be immersed in the magic of Iceland in pre-ride events. Our flight guides, a storyteller and resident troll Sú Vitra will lead you through two unique adventures that’ll ignite your imagination with stories of Iceland, its people and the natural forces at work.

Pick up is available for an extra charge, however drop off is not offered for this combo tour.
