Start your day with a calming and professionally guided wellness experience in a peaceful tropical setting in Sri Lanka.
This morning session begins at 7:00 AM with a 30-minute silent meditation practice inspired by traditional mindfulness techniques, followed by a 75-minute mindful yoga class designed to gently awaken the body and improve focus, balance and flexibility.
The experience is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Guests who prefer movement-only sessions may also join the yoga class separately.
