Feel the thrill of speed as you race across the snow in the highlands of Dalarna. Our snowmobile tours take you up into the mountains, where we make a short stop at one of the cozy mountain cabins for a cup of hot chocolate or a fresh waffle.
To drive a snowmobile, you must be at least 15 years old and hold a moped driver’s license. If you don’t have a license, you can still join the adventure by booking a snowmobile sled, which can carry up to two adults. Please email us to make a request.
These tours run daily. Upon arrival, we’ll give you a full briefing on how to drive, and you’ll be provided with a helmet. Each of our tours is led by a guide, and we’ll make a brief stop at one of the mountain cafés. Don’t forget to bring cash, as the cafés may not always accept card payments!
Be sure to reserve your spot in advance and arrive at the starting point 15 minutes before the tour begins (outside the SkiStar shop at Högfjällshotellet). For the best price, make your reservation directly online!
