About this activity

Explore Córdoba's medieval heart through an interactive self-guided GPS game that weaves philosophy, history, and mystery into a 2-hour urban adventure. Solve riddles, complete photo challenges, and uncover hidden corners of Spain's golden-age city while piecing together a narrative inspired by the lost writings of the philosopher Averroes.

Córdoba breathes in layers of stone, shadow, and orange blossom. Beneath the arches of memory, Averroes walks again, the great philosopher searching for a lost book once feared, burned, and scattered by those who could not bear its questions.

Now its fragments whisper through the city, hidden near gates, courtyards, and quiet corners where reason still lingers. Follow the traces of ink through Córdoba’s soul and help restore the words that were meant to endure. The truth is out there, just hidden beneath cobblestones and whispers.
