About this activity

An all-inclusive 11-hour boat adventure from La Romana combining cultural sightseeing, marine wildlife encounters, and beach relaxation on Saona Island. This trip showcases Dominican landscapes—from sugarcane countryside to jungle-lined rivers—culminating in swimming at natural sandbars and a private beachfront feast.

At the beginning of the morning we will pick up our transportation to go on an incredible journey where you will see sugarcane plantations and other typical things of the country's culture.

You will arrive at the Chavon river dock where you will board a beautiful fast boat, begin navigation through this incredible river in contact with the beautiful jungle views, we will go to the Caribbean Sea and we will go to the town of Mano Juan, you will enjoy a beautiful architecture in wood to that of a fishing village.

​You will see the incredible turtle sanctuary where you can enjoy a beautiful explanation and you will be in contact with these beautiful little ones.

​You will make an incredible stop in a majestic natural pool, you will be in the middle of the ocean but the water only has one meter of depth, this beautiful phenomenon is called sandbars, you will enjoy about 30 minutes with an open bar and beautiful views.

​When you get to the island you will have a private buffet on the beautiful beach of "Canto de la Playa" where you will have a private buffet with a variety of meats, contours and fruits.

​To finish you will return in a beautiful catamaran where you will enjoy the best Dominican music and a super fun animation that will make you dance and teach the best steps.

​At the end of our transportation will be waiting for you in Bayahibe to take you back to your hotel.
