You'll start by visiting La Boquería market accompanied by the Chef or his assistant.
Afterward, we’ll head to our cooking school located in the majestic Plaça Reial.
Where you'll taste 10 Tapas tasting from different cities from Spain and the Chef will give a brief explanation of the gastronomy of the different regions of Spain through these Tapas. Includes different wines with D.O.
A Sangría preparation Workshop is also included.
Next, you will enjoy learning how to prepare a complete traditional Spanish menu: seafood paella, Spanish omelet, and crema catalana.
The menu can be adapted to any type of diet: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.
Drinks are included throughout the activity.
