Join us for a tour to the breath taking Lake Eland situated at KwaZulu Natal's Oribi Gorge which boasts magnificent wildlife.  Oribi Gorge is as famous for its dramatic scenery as it is for its exhilarating wilderness activities. If you’re in KwaZulu

Our first stop is a visit to the Leopard's Rock which is set on a rocky incline with sweeping views over the majestic Mzimkhulu River Gorge.
We then visit The Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve which is a wonderfully scenic area offering excellent hiking opportunities. Wildlife in the Oribi Gorge consists of many antelope, although the oribi (after which the gorge is named) is rarely seen. High sandstone cliffs dominate this 24km long gorge carved out by the Umzimkulwana River. Leopards, troops of baboons, various small antelope and a prolific birdlife, including five species of kingfisher and seven species of eagle inhabit the reserve.
Activities at Oribi Gorge include The Wild Swing and the Wild Slide. The Wild Swing is one of the most popular big swings in South Africa and the highest in the world.
