About this activity

In this trip, we will access to the Mosque of Cordoba to interpret the greatness of this magnificent monument, and we walk throught the Jewish Quarter to learn about ths History and the culture of Cordoba.

We will enter, in the guide tour, to the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba, an architectual Al-Andalus treasure that became the second most important islamic temple after Mecca itself.

Join us on this tour throght the History of Andalusia visiting one of its most beautiful architectural pieces. We will visit this monument declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, a guided tour to discover all its details with an official Naturanda guide.

Uncovering all the cultural intricacies that hide between its arches and columns, its doors, its facade, its ceilings and in its huge Patio de los Naranjos. A building that integrates the different historical layers belonging to the different civilizations that passed through the place.

Also, we will visit the old quarter of the Jewish Quarter of Córdoba, which is located next to the Mosque. It is part of the historic center of the city, next to the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, and receives its name for having hosted the largest Jewish population between the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries.
