Long day, plenty to see

I know it sounds crazy to spend almost 10 hours on a train but you get to see so much more that way!! Small towns nestled at the foot of big mountains and villages in lush valleys. Once you reach your destination, it will be all worth it. The scenery is out of this world and the town of Kalambaka is a Greek jewel. The rocks are standing marvels of nature and what is more astonishing, there are monasteries built on them. How they even managed that. Well your guide will tell you that and many more stories of wonder and faith.
