<p>The workshops are organized in small groups using easy-to-use equipment found in any kitchen. Each cooking class is directed by an experienced chef who shares the secrets of his dishes and recipes with future chefs. </p>

<p>In one half-day cooking workshop, you can learn how to prepare an appetizer and a main dish, or a main dish and dessert.</p>

<p>At the end of each workshop, participants can enjoy the meal they have prepared in the olive tree patio of La Maison Arabe. </p>
