After crossing Lisbon's "Golden Gate Bridge", you will visit the statue of Christ the King, similar to the Statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil
You will return you to Lisbon by ferry, and have lunch in Belem. Here, you will see the Belêm Tower, the Jeronimos Monastery, the Padrão dos Descobrimentos, and taste the delicious pastry of Belém. Upon listening to the stories of the Portuguese discoveries period, you will return to your hotel or accommodation in Lisbon.
Visit April–May or September–October for pleasant weather, shorter crowds, and optimal ferry views. Avoid July–August when heat intensifies and tourist congestion peaks; winter mornings (November–February) can be grey but offer fewer crowds for a more intimate experience.
