Passing through the Mount Ainos you will find and discover the famous monastery of St Gerasimos, the patron saint of Kefalonia and marvel the solid silver casket containing his remains. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Next to the Monastery you will visit the Robola Winery and gain insight into the production methods of the famous and rare Robola wine made of a local selection of grapes, which comes in red, white and sweet Muscat. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Leaving the winery we will head towards the Drogarati cave that was discovered 300 years ago and opened to the public in 1963. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Passing Sami, where Captain Corelli&#39;s Mandolin was filmed, we will end up at the Melissani Lake, an underground lake fed by subterranean channels with water running from the opposite side of the island. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">From there, a small boat rowed by master oarsmen will take you on a tour over the lake. Leaving Melissani we will head to Agia Efimia Village, a quiet little fishing village situated on the east- coast of Kefalonia Island. </p><p style="font-size:14px;line-height:1.6;color:#57646f;margin-top:0.5em;margin-bottom:0.5em">Departing from Ag.
