For Dionysia, cooking is her passion. Originating from Asia Minor, she keeps the family tradition of sharing mouthwatering delights with a touch of spice and creating happy memories with people from around the world.
Please note: This tour does not include hotel pick up and drop off services. This means that you will have to arrange your own transfers in order to reach the meeting point. The meeting point will be your host's home and detailed instruction on how to get there will be sent to you after the booking.
Traditional Greek salad - all ingredients are freshly bought from producers from the local food market
Slow-cooked lamb - Served with lemon potatoes in a traditional pot with wild oregano, orange and Greek Honey
Greek Cheesecake - A Greek version of the original cheesecake with fresh Peppermint and Greek yoghurt or;
Patsavouropita - A sweet rag pie in crispy fyllo pastry along with the yummy custard
Wine (Red or White home-made) and/or refreshments
