About this activity

Master authentic Spanish cuisine in a private cooking workshop led by professional chefs at a prestigious school in Plaça Reial. You'll explore Barcelona's iconic La Boquería market, taste regional Spanish tapas paired with D.O. wines, then hands-on prepare paella, tortilla española, crema catalana, and sangria.

It is private cooking workshop, that is, with professional Chefs and a private space for you. Ensuring you learn authentic recipes and the best preparation.

It is the most complete gastronomic activity you can find in Barcelona.

You'll start by visiting La Boquería market accompanied by the Chef or his assistant.

Afterward, we’ll head to our cooking school located in the majestic Plaça Reial.

Where you'll taste 10 “Tapas” tasting from different cities from Spain and the Chef will give a brief explanation of the gastronomy of the different regions of Spain through these “Tapas”. Includes different wines with D.O.

Next, you will enjoy learning how to prepare a complete traditional Spanish menu: seafood paella, Spanish omelet, and crema catalana.

You will also learn how to prepare an authentic Sangria.

The menu can be adapted to any type of diet: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.

Drinks are included throughout the activity.

For groups of two to twenty two participants.
