Insider tips

  • Arrive early to claim a spot on the open bow net—the unobstructed views and fresh air are unbeatable for photos, especially in golden-hour conditions.
  • Layer your clothing: even in summer, Arctic wind off the water demands a waterproof outer layer and warm mid-layer.
  • The panoramic saloon is ideal if weather turns; it's heated and offers floor-to-ceiling views without stepping outside.
  • Ask the skipper about wildlife sightings and island history—local knowledge often reveals details missed by guidebooks.

Good to know

  • Duration is 3 hours; plan travel to/from the harbour accordingly.
  • Small-group capacity means booking ahead is recommended, especially during peak season.
  • Outdoor seating areas (flybridge, bow net) are exposed to wind and spray—waterproof jackets and non-slip footwear advised.
  • The boat is designed for comfort but may not be ideal for guests with severe mobility constraints due to deck transitions; contact supplier for accessibility details.
