Based on Dynamic Windsurfing Education System - Examples of essential techniques:
- Sail with harness, hence can sail bigger sails and benefit from more power/speed.
- Learn beach start and water start
- Advanced (racing) tacks and jibes.
- Learn pumping, your sailing become powerful and physical even in lighter winds
- Sail only on back fin and plane upwind with only back fin
- Technique to get into planing
- Planing jibe
- Jumping technique

This session is for you who practice on level XL-S, this is not a class for complete beginners.
