The old town, the waterfront, Via Libertà, the 'Falcone Tree' Memorial: pedal along 12 kilometers...

Discover the best of Agrigento in one unforgettable day from Palermo, designed around the smartest way to experience southern Sicily in summer: visiting the Valley of the Temples by night, without the brutal daytime heat and crowds. Your day starts with a scenic drive to Sciacca, one of the most authentic seaside towns in western Sicily. Famous for its colorful ceramics, coral tradition, fishing culture and real local atmosphere, Sciacca is the perfect place to discover a side of Sicily that still feels genuine. You will walk through the historic center, explore artisan shops and have time for meaningful shopping directly from local craftsmen. After lunch, continue toward the famous Scala dei Turchi area, one of Sicily’s most iconic coastal landscapes, known for its white cliffs, blue sea and dramatic views. At Scala dei Turchi, you can choose between relaxing at a beach club with sunbeds, showers and toilets at your own expense, or staying on the free beach with no extra cost. Later, move to Capo Rossello, one of the most scenic points along the white coast, for a sunset aperitivo overlooking the sea and cliffs. This is the moment when the landscape gives its best: golden light, dramatic coastline and a slower, more beautiful rhythm. The grand finale is the Valley of the Temples by night. Instead of visiting the archaeological park during the hottest and most crowded hours, you will discover it in the evening, when the temples are illuminated, the air is cooler and the atmosphere becomes completely different. Walking through the Valley at night means experiencing one of the most important archaeological sites in the Mediterranean without the usual summer stress: no overwhelming heat, no exhausting sun and far fewer people around. The temples lit against the night sky create a powerful and unforgettable setting. The entrance ticket to the Valley of the Temples is not included and must be paid directly on site. We do this to avoid overcharging guests, since many visitors may be entitled to reduced tickets depending on age, student status or other conditions. An optional official group guided tour inside the Valley of the Temples with a licensed guide may be available, this service is run by the Temples Valley itself and its subject to availability and remaining spots. If the official licensed guided tour is not available, the visit will still take place with your Epic Sicily tour leader, who will accompany the group throughout the day. At the end of the visit, you will leave Agrigento around 11:00 pm and return to Palermo late at night.
