About this activity

An 8-hour immersive journey through Patagonia's most iconic landscapes, combining scenic boat cruising from Puerto Pañuelo with guided hikes to a millennia-old larch tree and pristine glacial lakes. This luxury excursion showcases the raw beauty of the Valdivian jungle and turquoise waters that straddle the Argentina-Chile border.

We will sail from Puerto Pañuelo, on the Llao Llao peninsula! After an hour of sailing, we will pass by Sentinel Island. From there, navigation will continue until reaching the Cascada de los Cántaros. Crossing the lush vegetation of the Valdivian jungle, we will ascend to the source of the waterfall, in Lake Cántaros, where you can see an ancient larch tree, more than 1,500 years old. We will finally arrive at Puerto Blest, a place whose beauty has amazed tourists and natives for years!

Here is the Blest Hostel. The inn has a gourmet restaurant and, a few meters away, there is another gastronomic space with different options. From there we can visit Blest Bay and see Lake Frías, whose peculiar green waters come from one of the glaciers of Cerro Tronador, the natural border between Argentina and Chile. As a closing of this magnificent excursion, you can choose to navigate this beautiful lake, to give a finishing touch to a memorable ride.
