About this activity

Immerse yourself in Patagonia's alpine landscape over 4 days with three expertly-guided excursions covering two National Parks, pristine lakes, and charming mountain villages. This curated package combines scenic drives, boat navigation, and nature walks to showcase the region's most iconic highlights—from turquoise water vistas to ancient native forests.

Over the course of 3 full days, you will experience the following excursions in Bariloche:

Day 1: Circuito Chico and Cerro Campanario Tour
Day 2: Victoria Island Navigation and Bosque de Arrayanes
Day 3: Seven Lakes Route and San Martín de los Andes
All excursions include transfers and a guide. These tours combine two National Parks, Nahuel Huapi and Lanín. After a small circuit tour and an introduction to Bariloche, we will visit La Angostura Village. We will also visit several lakes such as Espejo, Correntoso, Escondido, Villarino, Falkner, Machónico, and Lacar. Lunch will be in San Martin de los Andes Village, and we will return during the afternoon.

Navigating through the crystalline waters of Lake Nahuel Huapi, you will enjoy two wonderful views of the Nahuel Huapi National Park: Myrtle Forest and Victoria Island.

The driver will be waiting for you at the airport in Bariloche to take you to your hotel. After your stay in Bariloche, the driver will take you back to the airport.

Insider tips

  • Book for late spring (October–November) or early autumn (March–April) to avoid summer crowds and winter closures on high-altitude routes.
  • Day 3 (Seven Lakes Route) involves significant driving but rewards with fewer tourists and the best light for photography in late afternoon.
  • Bring layers and sun protection: Patagonian weather changes rapidly, and UV exposure is intense at this latitude.
  • Request a packed lunch option in advance if you have dietary preferences—village restaurants can be slow during peak season.

Good to know

  • Airport transfers included; confirm hotel pickup time upon booking.
  • Excursions span full days with variable walking intensity (from easy village strolls to moderate 2–3 hour hikes).
  • Bring waterproof jacket, hiking boots, sunscreen, and camera; boat trips can be windy.
  • Groups are small; exact group size and guide language(s) confirmed at booking.
  • Limited accessibility for mobility restrictions; confirm specific requirements with operator before purchase.
