History and wine

Were picked up from Marseille port and after about 2 hours drive through the magnificent french countryside, we reached our 1st stop , the Pope's Palace. Impossing and full of history resembling a mighty castle. Next was the almost destroyed bridge of Avignon and finally we set off for our wine tasting tour in the beautiful Rhone Valley. Exceptional cellars with full bodied wines( Grenache,Siraz) and delightful sweet red wine for you to taste.
