Arctic Extreme – Ice Swimming and Sauna, 3 Hours

<p>Sauna and ice swimming are known for their health benefits, which you’ll enjoy in the sauna of the Happy Fox forest farm. You’ll get the chance to bathe in the wood-heated sauna by the Ounasjoki river and dip into a hole in the ice next to the sauna.</p>

<p>If you are lucky, you might also see the Auroras, while dipping into the refreshing water! Our river bench sauna is traditional Finnish sauna without electricity or shower so you wash up with fresh and really clean river water of Ounasjoki River.</p>

<p>After the sauna, we’ll enjoy an evening snack with refreshments by the open fire inside the goahti hut!</p>
