About this activity

Explore Tierra del Fuego National Park on this 5.5-hour guided shore excursion from Ushuaia's port, combining scenic minivan transfer with moderate forest and lakeside hikes. Reach the iconic Lapataia Bay—the official endpoint of the Pan-American Highway—and spot the famous mileage marker before returning to your ship.

We depart from the port towards the west to visit a pristine and wonderful place which became a national park in 1960. After arriving at the park  we will stop at the most beautiful scenaries to enjoy the nature by hiking on trails through the forest, others that surround majestic lakes, rivers and the Beagle Channel shore. (We suggest to bring usd 20 for a snack). Finally we will drive to the Lapataia Bay, the end of the Panamerican Highway, where we will see the famous Alaskan mileage -marker sign before returning to the ship.
***Walking shoes or hiking boots for wet / muddy ground are advised. Waterproof jackets are also advised.***
