A single rose oil distillery in the region can process up to 3,000 kg of rose petals in a single day during peak harvest season.
The Kazanlak Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage Site near Rose town, dates to the 4th century BC and features stunning Thracian frescoes depicting ancient burial customs.
