Have you ever thought about a Yoga class in the middle of the sea? With this unique class, you'll have the possibility to do Yoga in a different way, near the Capital city! During this course you will deepen some of the basics of yoga, working a lot on the balance in the water.
Yoga and the sea: it's all about balance and deep connection with nature
The first part of the lesson will take place on land, where you will start to work on the breath and on the positions (asana) you will practice during the practical lesson in the water. Then you will take the board and will experiment with these positions in the water. Even the final relaxation phase will take place at sea in order to meditate more deeply, thanks to the undulating wave movement.
