The tour will introduce you to the difficult times of Prague under The Protectorate of Nazi Germany from 1939 to 1945.
In this unique tour you will visit places where most important events in the Second World War period happened, such as places related to the "Anthropoid" operation, which became one of the greatest resistance of Czech people during the World War II.
Your tour starts at Wenceslas Square, where you will meet your friendly and knowledgable guide and begin your dive into history.
The first stop you will make is at the Old Town Hall with the famous Astronomical Clock. The clock was first installed in 1410, making it the third-oldest astronomical clock in the world and the oldest clock still operating. But its history is very long and, especially during the WWII, it suffered from many distructions. Your guide will tell you everything about its history.
After that, you will visit Josefov, formerly the Jewish ghetto of the town. It's history is impressive!
