Hang gliding and paragliding flights in Rio are amazing experiences,  with the unique landscape of the city.  

The flights take-off from Pedra Bonita ramp, a privileged spot in the  Tijuca Forest. It offers a very nice view of the costal islands, the  forest, Pedra da Gavea, the Rocinha favela (one of the world’s biggest  slums), Morro Dois Irmãos and more.  

At the end of this thrilling experience, landing at Pepino's Beach,  where we can cool down with some fresh coconut water at the beach sidewalk kiosks.

  • Maximum passenger weight:  Hang gliding: 90kg (200 pounds); Paragliding: 105kg (230 pounds);
  • Meeting Point: Pepino's Beach - São Conrado - RJ.
  • Avoid booking flights during carnival season. The ramp over Pedra Bonita is the only ramp available for tandem flights in Rio. The number of flights can triple during this time, which can make the waiting frustrating and exhausting for both customer and pilot. Yet, if you cannot avoid those periods , be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any extra time spent there, or any possible delays on your schedule.
