This tour will give you the opportunity to visit the attractions and monuments that make the city the world-wide top touristic destination, even if you have just one day at your disposal.

You’ll travel from Florence by high-speed train to reach the very heart of Rome in just 1 hour. You will spend the morning in the Vatican City State: discover the magnificent beauty of the Sistine Chapel with the world-famous masterpieces of Michelangelo, the Last Judgement and the Creation of Adam.

Keep on admiring the Pio-Clementino halls with the statue of Laocoon and his Sons, and Apollo Belvedere, before going to visit St Peter's Basilica, where are preserved other celebrated masterworks as La Pietà by Michelangelo and the Baldachin Altar by Gian Lorenzo Bernini.

In the afternoon you will discover the other side of the Eternal City: the Imperial Rome. Your guide will wait for you at the Arch of Constantine and you’ll move then to the Colosseum, the most renowned monument in the word. Continue discovering the Archeological Area, with the world-famous Roman Forum, walking through Triumph Arches, the House of the Vestals and the Sacred Way.

A journey in time that will bring the past back to life: ancient Roman ruins and excavations and priceless masterpieces...in other words a trip to remember!
