Learn how to make a classic Italian pizza during a 1:30 hour workshop with a local Italian chef as your guide. After learning and baking with all ingredients and equipment provided, enjoy your homemade pizza with a good glass of wine
Make your way to the restaurant located in central Rome where you will meet chef Pizzaiolo and your local guide. Here, you will spend a delightful time learning how to make authentic Italian pizza from fresh ingredients.
The cooking class will set you up with a station including a work plan, an apron and rolling pin. You’ will start with a theoretical and then practical lesson on working the dough, from the ingredients to wait times to two different ways of kneading the dough.
Then, choose which type of pizza you’d like to make between Marinara (tomato, garlic, oregano) , Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil) , Diavola (tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, chili) and Napoli (tomato, mozzarella, anchovies)
You will have a wide selection of ingredients to create your pizza
After the lesson, you can relax to your table where you will enjoy a delicious bruschetta while your pizza is cooked in a Napolitan oven. Savor a red or white wine, while you taste your creations.

They say the italian pizza is the best in the world. How could i miss the opportunity to discover the secrets of making one?Our chef was such a great guy!!!!Kneading the dough was easy ,besides i love cooking, and the station they gave me had all the things i needed to start. It was fun!Sharing this experience with others ,cooking under instructions of a proffesional chef, was just amazing!!!!The dinner in the end of the workshop was superb!!!!
I'm so glad I got to make an authentic Italian pizza from their local produce. It was so amazing! The chef was so nice and helpful! I still remember the room's aroma as our pizzas were being baked. Not to brag, but my pizza was amazing! And don't even get me started on the wine..
The hardest part of the tour is to be able to resist.... I am a weak person indeed. After kneading the dough, which is simply an art in itself, we have all joined in to create the "perfect pizza". Through jokes and laughter we had the best afternoon and stayed on for dinner and several bottles of wine. Perfect.
